Day 1

On arrival at Vilanculos, you will again be met by a representative of Bazaruto Lodge and assisted onto your light aircraft charter across to Bazaruto Lodge.

7 x nights Bazaruto Lodge in a superior double room fully inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner and select water sport activities (Free daily snorkelling at Coral Gardens, Free daily drop & collect at Dolphin Bay, Free daily use of windsurfers, canoes & Hobie cats, One free 15 minute water-ski lesson per stay, One free bodysurfing trip to Three Trees Beach per stay).

The island of Bazaruto is undoubtedly a beautiful and unexplored destination, characterised by its wildlife, turquoise waters and idyllic beaches, all carefully protected as a Natural Reserve.

Bazaruto Lodge is situated in a bay on the north side of the island. This setting offers a unique combination of beauty, safety and relaxed informality that make it the ideal spot for nature lovers as well as those who want to practice diving and other water sports.

Accommodation consists of 26 thatched roof "A" frame Bungalows sited amongst luxuriant tropical gardens and overlooking the Ocean. Each Bungalow offers twin or Queen double beds, private bathroom and outside shower, air-conditioning and fan, tea and coffee making facilities and mosquito nets over all the beds.

African-style decoration and the tropical island atmosphere give this Lodge a special charm and make it the perfect antidote to stress.

Restaurants and Bars

FLAMINGO Restaurant:

This is the only restaurant at the Lodge and dinner is announced every night by the sound of African drums. It is situated in the main building and has a capacity for approximately 80 persons. Mozambican and International food is served both À La Carte and as a Buffet. Our specialities are fish, seafood dishes and grills.

It is open daily for breakfast from 7h00 to 10h30, for lunch from 13h00 to 15h00 and for dinner 19h30 to 22h00.

Kiddies menu available and meals can be arranged before normal times.

SUNSET Bar:

Open daily from 07:00 to 01:00, offering coffee, tea, international drinks, tropical cocktails and light meals.
Please note that at Pestana Bazaruto Lodge full board is compulsory all year round.

Day 8

This morning following your final morning breakfast, you will be transferred back Vilanculos by light aircraft charter where you will be connecting to the scheduled flight back to OR Tambo International Airport.
