20°Sud Hotel is the first and only 4 Star 'boutique' hotel on the island of Mauritius, petite and luxurious, in a scenic beachfront, tropical setting. It is set in a small coconut grove surrounded by private estates, on the waterfront overlooking the elegant location of Grand Baie in the north west of the island. Situated on a gorgeous turquoise lagoon at Pointe Malartic, between Pointe aux Canonniers and Grand Baie, it is accessible by a small road used only for local residential traffic. The hotel has 27 rooms and 2 suites: No two rooms are alike, each has en-suite bathroom with stand-alone bathtub, separate double shower and separate toilet.
