The calm, clear reef-protected waters are ideal for every kind of water sport, and, close off-shore, is one of the most prolific marlin breeding grounds in the world. Morne is the location of the World Marlin Fishing Championships. The hotel has 280 rooms and 13 villas, each room has a mini bar, television with in-house video, safe, telephone and all have hair-dryers. Air conditioning is individually controlled. This Mauritius hotel has excellent facilities for children, including the 'Bob Marlin mini club', a specially constructed house, decorated for children, where qualified minders entertain the children in two groups; 3 - 6 and 7 - 12 years. The mini club is open from breakfast time until nine o'clock in the evening.

This 5 Star resort hotel is situated on seven kilometres of beach, which encircle the Morne peninsula, all the rooms have been built to get the benefit of sea views. The resort is sheltered from the trade winds making it an excellent choice between March and November. 
Paradis has a huge range of entertainment and sports facilities which are free of charge.
